2. Use the Decision Matrix to Select 10 Ideal Companies to Target - An Ideal company will typically receive a score that is at least 80% of the maximum points. As it is now, the Decision Matrix, has 19 criteria (Remember, feel free to edit the preferences and make the document your own) - that's a maximum possible score of 190 - and 80% of that is 152 points. So - a company would only be ideal if they received 152 points or better. If you don't have 10 companies with 152 points or better - keep researching more companies. If you have more than 10 companies that received 80% of points or more - remove the companies with the least amount of points until you only have 10 left.
